This 28 mm trigger spray pump is engineered for the precise dispensing of low-viscosity liquids such as cleaning agents, hair care formulations and other sprayable solutions.
The complete closure, including the trigger mechanism, measures 260 mm in length. It features a dip tube of 185 mm, which must be trimmed to suit the specific height of the container. A built-in locking mechanism prevents unintentional discharge during transport or when not in use.
Each actuation delivers an average dosage of 0.25 ml (measured with distilled water), with a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.05 ml. Designed to produce a fine mist, this trigger sprayer ensures uniform product distribution. Compatible with bottles featuring a standard 28 mm neck finish, it offers versatile integration across a wide range of packaging applications.
