I am a customer from a European Union country. How can I obtain an invoice without Value Added Tax (VAT)?

For sales from Spain to other countries in the European Union, it is essential that the customer has a VAT NUMBER registered and recognised in the VIES system as being exempt from taxes.

In this case, the customer must complete the «EUROPEAN VAT NUMBER (cross-border transactions within the EU)» field both in the delivery address and in the billing address. For more information, please refer to the European Union VAT office website.

Why do you need my ID number?

Our company always issues an invoice for all paid orders. That is why we ask for your ID number when you register in our shop.
The number you use to declare your taxes in your country, which may vary depending on the country you are in, for example:
• National identity card number
• Foreigner's identity number
• Tax Identification Number
• Passport number
• The number with which you are identified to declare taxes in your country.
The tax identification number is a mandatory piece of information that must be included on an invoice.
