Digital Pocket Refractometer for Brewing

Very simple and handy device that allows the measurement by means of a drop of sample or aqueous solution. Its small size adapts to a pocket and ease of use anywhere. It' s a light and portable instrument of 90 gr.

Supplied with the following accessories:
- Plastic case for storage
- Pipette or suction tube
- Second square protection cover
- Instructions for use
- Requires a supplied AAA battery for operation.

Dual scale, provides two measuring ranges to choose from:
Brix Scale: 0-50% Brix with divisions every 0.10%Brix and accuracy ±0.2%Brix
Specific Gravity Scale (SG, Kg/cm³): 1,000-1,130 SG with divisions every 0.001 SG and accuracy ±0.02 SG

Instrument calibrated with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) and ready for use within the range 0-40 °C. Calibration is very easy and simple: it is done using distilled water and follow the steps in the instructions in the user manual.

It has an automatic switch-off system.

The measurement of the scale is done directly through the display or visor. The measurement is shown in a few seconds.

At the top of the LCD display indicates:
- The state of the battery capacity
- The scale on which you are working
- Temperature
And at the bottom of the screen gives the range of the sample

The buttons have the following functions:
1. Power
2. Calibrate
3. Scale: select the scale to work with

Cleaning: simply wipe with a soft cotton cloth wet with distilled water and dry. Never clean under water.
