Teflon stirring rod in cross or propeller form with two folding blades and 7 mm diameter. The overall length and size of the blades vary.
Accessory for spherical reactors and rod stirrers.
Depending on the size of the reactor flask opening, the use of a rod adapter is necessary.
Teflon (PTFE) is an inert material with a high resistance to most chemicals.
Working temperature resistance is -270 °C to 270 °C.
Can be sterilised by conventional means, except gamma radiation.
Meets FDA (Food and Drug Administration of the USA) and UPS Class VI (United States Pharmacopoeia approved sanitary material) requirements.
